P90 Workout Schedule
There are 2 schedules that are provided and each of them can be done with just the Base Kit of P90. This workout is the original workout that lead to the creation of themore advanced workoutP90X.

Its a 90 day workout that mixes in a lot of different types of workouts to target your entire body and provide a good mix of cardio and weight training workouts. Well if you are looking to bulk up and add mass then the P90X3 Mass Workout Schedule is best for you if you are starting out we always recommend the P90X3 Classic Workout Schedule and if you really want to push it you can always try the P90X3 Doubles Workout Schedule.
Most of the workouts are short ranging from 30 to 45 minutes in length. The P90 Sculpt Schedule is 12 weeks long broken into 3 blocks blocks A B and C. Below is an online version of the schedule as well as a link to a FREE printable PDF version of the workout.

Now for weeks 5 6 and 7 the P90X Lean workout schedule is the same as weeks 1 2 and 3 with ONE exception on day 3. Doubles is the same as Classic but after 30 days you add cardio so its an AM and PM workout. It is a great workout program to build muscles easily at home.
RIPPEDCLUB The new P90 Schedule is awesome. Classic- P90x workout schedule classic is a 3 days resistance program routine. Youll workout 5 days a week with P90.
Your strength days are Tuesday and Thursday. P90 x 2 workout schedule. It has you doing double workouts each day.
P90 includes three 30-day phases. If other workouts have intimidated you then P-90 is perfect for you. P90x Workout Schedule uses circuits just like the CrossFit so there is little rest between one activity and the other.
